Hand knotted by weavers in a workshop in northern India using blended local with worsted New Zealand wool. The detailed traditional design requires a very fine weave, and the weavers, like all artists, have to be continually focused while working. Their hard work pays off when a rug comes out right like this one, a beautiful recreation of a Persian Sarouk. This rug will bring quality and taste to any space it lands. Pasargad rugs from these workshops are the finest traditional Indian rugs due to their fine weave, excellent workmanship, and high quality materials.

Cyrus and the rest of the team are fabulous. From the art history and crafts lesson we got in store as he walked us through the rugs in the showroom to his willingness to bring multiple rugs to my home to try them out to make sure the one I chose was just right, it was a terrific experience all around. I’m so happy with my new, soft Gabbeh rug
